Contractors submit schedules and claims as file uploads (P6 / Primavera, MS Project, Excel, PDF, images), the Kairos OnPoint system, and Outlook email and calendar items. A data-engineering layer parses and normalizes them; the Kairos One engine reviews each on the owner's or owner's consultant’s behalf, orchestrating validation, two-phase approval, tasks and reminders, and the Ask Kairos assistant. Expert review and coordination happen before anything is released; outputs then split into decisions — a watchlist, board brief, and recommended actions — and operational lists — compliance worklists, progress meetings, and a live dashboard — plus exports back to P6, Excel, email, and PDF reports.
